Once a bustling country dairy, the original building was converted to a pub in 1994.
Today the Duck & Trout is a hive of activity for locals and visitors who enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere and the tasty traditional fare. During the cold and misty days of winter, the atmosphere is warmed by traditional log fires blazing in the restaurant and pub.
A recent addition to The Duck & Trout is the Pizzeria.  With it's authentic wood-burning oven th Pizzeria offers a 'delizioso' range of pizza and pasta dishes, available as sit down or take-aways.
Children can get involved with the pizza making process and create their own pizzas.
The Duck & Trout is a family restaurant, where kids are welcome and can safely play in the secure playground where they can be observed from the outside wooden deck.
