I would like to make a complaint. Last night my wife and I ordered oxtail and it was the worst piece of meat we have ever eaten. The two dishes were very different and my wife's food didn't even look like oxtail. There was so much fat and it wasn't fun to look for edible pieces of meat hidden away. What a disappointment!! You won't see us ever again!! I'm sorry that I didn't complain last night.

I made a booking for 12 people on my b-day. Dros has a promo Mondays for school kids to assist the waiters for fund raising. Our waiter kept sending the kid to our table to take orders and serve while he just stands and watches. one couple arrived ordered a Don Pedro they waited 20 min we had to call the waiter to query. My other friend waited for 15 min and our waiter never came to take her order we had to go look for him. She had just taken a sip and the waiter took her glass out of her hand told the kid it?s the wrong glass or something. After this we asked for the manager. We asked him for another waiter he told us no. We asked for the bill The waiter fetched the bill and we waited for our change over 15min we had to go to the front to ask We asked the manager in front to find the first manager that was aware of us and the waiter. He gave us attitude. We asked his name. He ignored us and walked away no managers wore name tags. I complained on their website 26/06/09. No response
