In the past 2 months we have visited Dros Alberton 3 times and ordered take-away two times. Naively we have given them 5 chances in total to get one thing right, which I might add was no problem a few months ago. All three times we sat at Dros someone received cold food, over cooked food and no service whatsoever. Normally a family outing like this would last us 1 hour but all these "attempts" ended up in 2 hours due to late food and poor waiters. The two times we ordered takeaway we received 1/4 portions of chips horrible quality food and .... sauce missing on "Saucy steak" orders... I would like to warn all future customers avoid this restaurant like the plague...

My favorite place to go on the weekend. Have few drinks and steaks. They have best steaks ever!!!

We had a dissapointing experience with their new floor manager, Jarid, who came to our table to ask if everything was ok and when we told him about our complaints, he didnt offer a solution in fact he insulted us by saying that we were obviously having a bad day (ironically we were at the Dros celebrating), but the bad experience dampened our evening). We are frequent visitors of the Dros in Alberton but after last experience (and with a floor manager like that) I will never return to that branch. Pity, because I used to like that branch.
