From humble beginnings in a small 60m unit in Woodstock, the staff compliment consisted of father and son duo, Moshe and Russell and three motivated bakers.
Gaining in popularity, expansion was inevitable. Moving to bigger premises in a quaint semi industrial business park, Observatory in Cape Town provided a better location for a larger production.
Going from strength to strength, it was the right time to open a Retail Bakery shop.
Blessed with an opportunity to secure a premises right next door, the shop was opened and proved to be a great next step in the Dolce Bakery journey.
A well known and respected brand has grown to a staff compliment of 10 and has an impressive product range that puts the deeeeelish in delicious.
