At Die Ou Pastorie, the food style resonates with the country environment of Skeerpoort. They grow and utilize organic micro greens and vegetables and source as much local and seasonal produce as is possible, creating fusion-style menus that are decadently different. Die Ou Pastorie is closely entwined with neighbouring farmers, ensuring that guests experience the full freshness and flavour of our community.

The scrambled eggs served on a toasted croissant with Magaliesberg Trout is a true testament to the promise of serving up only the freshest, locally-sourced dishes. Their bistro menu is definitely something you'll want to stick around to try.  Try one of the home-made pies served with a salad of freshly picked micro greens, or the succulent lamb cutlets.

On Sundays you can indulge in an elegant country buffet lunch which has become increasingly popular, with an array of hot and cold dishes for you to serve up at your leisure.

After lunch take a walk amongst the trees and flowers to the ‘edible garden’ and see how they grow vegetables and herbs of every kind, including micro-greens.
