Clarke of the Karoo, Barrydale, restaurant menu is a combination of Karoo cuisine and Mediterranean dishes.
Their specialities are Karoo Oysters, Cape Malay Bobotie and their legendary Karoo Lamb Curry (served with papadums and a vast array of sambals), Whitebait and Roasted Vegetable Bruschetta with balsamic reduction.
A special sandwich and home-made burger menu (Bacon and Blue cheese Burger) and on occasion, Karoo Lamb Burger.
