Restaurateur Roy van Litsenborgh, with vast experience in the South Africa food industry always wanted to create a personalised and intimate fine dining venue.

With his partner Bettina Scheffler,  who is,  and has for many years, been in the photographic art industry and has a passion for interior design and styling,  it was possible to create this dream.
Starting with the shell of the building at 50 New Church Street,  selecting items from around the world and having access to a unique photographic art collection they created a holistic experience of comfortable and relaxed dining with European influences,  to excite all the senses.
We follow sustainable principles of choosing local seasonal produce and using free range and organic supplies wherever possible.

The menu is small and carefully chosen,  it changes daily depending on availability of fresh quality products.
As modern entrepreneurs we also like to give opportunities to underprivileged chefs and staff to improve skill levels and so that they can contribute to their communities.

Monday - Saturday 18:00 - late
