training in the United States of America and has worked in various parts
of America, Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Kenya, Zanzibar as well as Juba,
Laurie is passionate about cooking as much as he
is passionate about the restaurant industry and people, he is supported
by a spirited crew in the kitchen dedicated to preparing good soulful
food in an efficient manner.
