On the buffet you will find a selection of at least ten freshly prepared salads, our chef's two soups (at least one vegetarian), a beef and beer stew and a selection of eight steaming casseroles. An array of succulent roasts including roast pork with crackling, rare roast beef, leg of lamb, venison in a secret juniper berry sauce, fresh line fish and an oven roasted chicken and three traditional vegetables as well as roast potatoes and rice.

Vegetarians may choose from all the dishes excluding fish, poultry and meat for only R80-00.
