I have only been there twice but enjoyed it both times, i loved the food and did not have a problem with the service. My husband and i were there 2 weeks ago and the food was so great we are going there tonight with friends and family for my husband's birthday.

- the waiters take ages to take drinks order - they aren't familiar with their own menus - i have never tasted alcohol. On Friday, my friends and i went there. We ordered two virgin avalanche daquiris and told the waiter atleast 5 times that there must be no alcohol because i was driving and it is against my values and my friend is muslim. When the drinks came, we could smell the rum and the waiter said she didn't know what "virgin" meant and she rolled her eyes at me. it took them about an hour to correct their mistake. In addition, my other friend ordered a mango juice, and it was extremely warm and tasted rotten. The fourth friend had a smoothie, and the waiter spilled some when serving it and the glass was messed with it and there was no saucer or tissue served. - we ordered a focacia without cheese- guess what? there was cheese - she took ages to get our meal order to the point where we decided to go to macdonalds - the had the audacity to still charge a 10 percent tip - virgin cocktails should cost less than the normal cocktails because there's no alcohol in it. We are all commerce graduates and we have done costing for restaurants before so we know that the alcohol in cocktails amounts to more than half of its price.

your "breakfast Stack" is the most disgusting breakfast I have ever had. No bacon as advertised, only thing that was warm was the egg!! Never put my foot in your estabishment again. Also overcharged until I pointed this out. This took place today 26th May 2012 before 08:00!!!!
