Visiting Burlesque Cafe in Ramsgate has been described as "falling down a rabbit hole."

Once you step inside, you will quickly be swept up into whatever fantasy is on offer for the day.  Perhaps you will arrive in Victorian England - all white linen, pale yellow teapots filled with roses and gleaming silverware - or maybe your train is bound for colourful India - complete with bright candelabra and coloured glassware filled with fresh herbs.

Their travels abroad always keep pulling them towards Italy and France and they food they serve conjures up the smells of their favourite seaside villages that they love to frequent.  So, expect seasonal, organic, Mediterranean foods - with mezze, tapas, pasta and seafood with a strong vegetarian slant.
