Come and meet Derek, Susan and the devoted young staff of Boesmanland Plaaskombuis.
Susan has a passion for making food the old traditional way - like her ma (mother) use to. All the dishes are prepared on open fires in big black pots every day and served on enamel plates. Their famous Soetsuurdeeg bread is prepared with a salt and potato ferment yeast and baked in a wood fired oven.
They are licensed, but you are welcome to bring your own wine - no corkage fees charged.
