Tues lunch time.Sushi is pretty good!To many staff and not enough service!We waited 10 minutes for a bottle of white wine,after asking twice.An apology was not forthcoming,just another waiter was used to deliver it.After all the rave reviews from friends,it was not up to scratch.

I see that another member of our party who visited Beluga last night was up before me! I would like to echo the comments he made, with high expectations before the visit being surpassed in the main, with service, food quality and ambiance all being top class - well done the Caviar group!

My first visit to Beluga last night with a party of 7, it was exceptional, from the greeting at the door to leaving the service was proffesional and seamless. Our waitress, Charmaine was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. The food was amazing especially the duck creme brulee which was inspired. All the guests at our table had different dishes and all were pronounced brilliant, from the sushi to the steak, we will be back soon. one small down, your website is your window and yours is not good but what the hell, you dont eat websites!

We went to Beluga's last night and were shocked at how busy it was. Its been months since our last visit and we had been hearing mixed reviews. I am pleased to say we had a great evening, great service, great food and friendly staff. My husband was so impressed with the duck liver creme brûlée, overall a really great night out. We will see you again soon Beluga thank you. Mariann - One small comment (as an afterthought) the bathroom was quite messy with pieces of paper all over the floor, but it was very busy.

I went for lunch on Tuesday and had a table booked for a friend and I that evening. What a disaster! I ordered Duck Buns ( steamed) and the Seared Tuna salad. I received the Duck Dim Sum which was still frozen on the inside. Sent it back with a manager, making sure he put his finger in it to se that I was not bluffing. I then got a deep fried prawn wonton , this was complimentary, the problem is I do not like deep fried food. But ate it as I did not want to make a fuss. I received my Seared Tuna Salad which was great. Maanger came past to see if I had received my new Duck Buns as he saw them go out. It happens that it was taken to another table. I then received another comp fried beef Dim Sum.This time I had to tell the manager that I really dislike fried food and asked him to take it away. This is not the end! I thoght of cancelling dinner, but was assured I would be looked after. Dinner: I odered a Glass of Sav and received a Wine glass with WATER, I thought the waiter was skrewing with me, turns out he thought irt was wine. My starter of Duck liver CremeBrulee was awesome, although the bread could have cracked my Veneers! My main of Ostrich with Rosti came, but the Rosti was IJ massed producted, and the chef had deep fried it! Ugh! How horrible in an establishment like this. Before I had finshed my wine and companion her coffee, the waiter put the bill on my table. Shabby service and some dishes are a hit and miss. I will give this place a miss from now on.

What a superb meal we had on Father's day. The Autumn menu turns out to be great value for money. The lamb neck was so tender and the kingklip very firm and white with proven freshness. The attentive service was shared between the waiters and the floor managers... Definitely returning for a suberb meal and service - the experience took me back to yester year: great value and customer service!!!!!

I took my mom to Beluga for her birthday and they absolutely spoilt us. The food and service was outstanding and they even brought my mom a desert plate with happy birthday written on it, followed by white chocolate shooters. We had a very special day thanks to Beluga.

Table of 5 on Monday 23/5. Everyone enjoyed their food, the service was faultless and I loved my first Beef Wellington! Good job Beluga people!
