Situated on one of Stellenbosch’s most beautiful, oak lined streets among other restaurants, art galleries and tourist shops, APPRENTICE rates among the town’s best eateries.

Owned and managed by the ICA chef school and run entirely by the students, APPRENTICE boasts a modern interior and relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. Patrons can also enjoy the vibrant surroundings with quaint seating outside under giant oaks. The menu is classy with out being pretentious, and changes regularly – interesting and delicious meals are served from an open plan kitchen where the students put their classroom knowledge into practice.

The focus is on using fresh local ingredients of the highest quality such as all natural pork from Joostenberg, olives, balsamic vinegar and olive oil from paarl, fresh fish from Gordon's bay fisheries and meat from Delico in Riebeeck kasteel.
