Referring to the review by Amith on 4th Jan, i was disheartened by your closing comment that the treatment you receive was racially motivated. we booked for Christmas a couple of years ago, and believe me, the food and service we received was infinitely worse than your experience.Also wrong orders, very pricy and indiffernt. Take heart, they treat all their customers the same regardless of race ... badly

A truly exceptional experience! With the river running right next to the restaurant, mouth watering food and top-class service I’ll visit this restaurant again and again!

Lovely setting next to the river, but marred by poor service and exhorbitant pricing. A very mediocre minestrone cost R89 and it is difficult to find a main for less than R130. Even kids meals over R100 (for fish fingers and chips!). Pity, because it has potential, but doesnt come close to Casa Linga
