It was my time with family to the restaurant and will be my last. The food was not cook properly, the chips looked as if it had been re-fried. 4 of the mains were sent back and one of the orders only came when people were alomst finished eating. During the evening there were a few times when we requested to see the manager but he never came to the table. Very dissatisfied with the level of service and food. It felt racist.

In response to Jenny's comment above - there are not many people who would be happy with a 2% tip after obviously having spent about 3 hours there, I think anybody would be very grumpy with you after you admitted you had a great meal! Get real!

This is the best Italian restaurant in the area. Great food, always buzzing, great service. The seafood soup is the best I've ever had, so is the Italian Tripe. Well done Tony.
