From the new York style entrance, polished marble and solid wooden floors, to the solid American Walnut bar counter and designer chairs, opulent imported fabric, it is clear that no expense was spared to build this signature restaurant.

The large and varied menu is based on Beluga's and does include a full sushi menu as well as loads of new signature dishes.

Sevruga restaurant is open and ready to make diner's dreams come true.

Like its sister restaurant Beluga, Sevruga offers their own Black Plate Sushi Special at R109 which includes 4 salmon roses, 4 salmon tatare rolls, 4 prawn tempura rolls, 6 rainbow rolls and 6 pieces of salmon tuna sashimi. There is a wonderful R109 Sevruga Seafood Tasting Platter which features Norwegian Salmon, prawns, mussels and calamari all spiced and cooked to perfection.

And lastly, but certainly not least is the Sevruga Sushi and Cocktail Clock! The prices of the sushi and cocktails will change throughout the day taken from the time of your order. From Monday to Saturday sushi and cocktails will be at a 25% discount between 11am and 2pm, half price between 2pm and 5pm, and then back to 25% off between 5pm and 7pm, after which the special closes.

On Sunday sushi and cocktails are half price all day.

Complicated yes, interesting maybe, great quality, oh yes!
