1 Ordered half chicken, seriously under done. This also took place with the replacement chicken. Management couldn't care two hoots, cannot be found. Paid for drinks and left. No recommendation to anybody who wishes to eat out.

2 After my last review, I've had both the store manager and regional manager contact me to offer apologies. They were sincere and have agreed to meet and discuss the issues I raised. It's good to know that they take customer satisfaction seriously.

3 I've taken my family to the Rooihuiskraal Dros on several occasions over the last few weeks and at first allowed the bad service to slide, as my daughter enjoys the play area. The quality of the food has however become consistently worse, and the management have resorted to belittling staff in front of customers. Several times we've also had to move tables due to unruly customers (on Sundays). Poor quality food, unprofessional management and boorish clientele mean one less customer for the Rooihuiskraal Dros.
