My family and I eat at a vast variety of restaurants during the year in and around the JHB north area. We have experienced excellent service as well as terrible service from various restaurants. We have never had any problem with asking for or getting tap water on the odd occasion at no cost to us. However we have stopped drinking tap water as it is over treated with unhealthy chemicals and buy bottled spring water, and only the brands that are reputable. The Mediterranean Deli is an excellent restaurant and an excellent business lunch as well as family supper venue.

I went there last week and have been many times previously.Service always very good, however, the the service the last time i was there, was excellent.The waiter extemely efficient and friendly.
I have taken many friends there for the calamari, which is simply devins.
I recommend this restaurant to everyone

Why is it that some restaurants just become blasé about service, well this is just one such case, poor service, and then mediocre food that is priced pretty high, and of course the waiter that expects his/her tip, without a thank you.......not good at all
