Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

    uncooked quinoa
  • 1
    c
    frozen berries of your choice
  • 1
    whole banana
  • 1
    Tbs
    peanut butter (optional)
  • 1
    c
    milk (use vegan milk for a vegan bowl)
  • 1
    Tbs
    cacao
  • pinch
    salt
  • For serving:
  • seeds and nuts
  • coconut flakes
  • berries
 

Method

Cook quinoa as per packet instructions. 

Place the fruit, milk, cacao and salt in a blender and blend well.

Combine the blend mix with the cooked quinoa and serve with seeds, nuts, coconut and berries.
