Ingredients (7)

2 Tbs pumpkin seeds — toasted
2 cup nasturtium — leaves
1 cloves garlic — cloves
1 spring onions — tips sliced
1/2 cup pecorino cheese — grated
1/2 cup olive oil — extra virgin
sea salt and lemon juice to taste — separate entries

Method:

Place seeds, nasturtium leaves, garlic, onion and cheese into a blender.

Slowly add olive oil whilst blender is running, until smooth paste is formed.

Season to taste with salt and lemon juice.

NOTE: Pumpkin seeds can be substituted with toasted pine nuts, and goats pecorino with Parmesan.
