Ingredients (14)

2 - 3 cup water or coconut water
2 cup baby spinach or kale - roughly chopped
½ avocado
¼ english cucumber
1 courgettes
1 celery — chopped
1 apple or 1 kiwi or 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
squeeze of fresh lemon or lime juice
1 fresh ginger — skin on
2 Tbs ground almonds or 1 serving pea protein powder
1 Tbs fresh basil or mint - chopped
1 Tbs spirulina or hemp seed powder ( or moringa powder or your favourite green powder)
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs baobab powder

Method:

Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Loosen with a little extra water if you find it too thick.

Divide between glass jars. Refrigerate for up to one day.

Love Your Leftovers: Save the ends of your courgettes when spiralising by stashing them all in a freezer bag, and use them to add to your green smoothies as and when needed.
