Fruit salad with nuts, vanilla bean and honey yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    cup
    pineapple chunks
  • 1/2
    cup
    papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2
    cup
    blueberries
  • 50
    g
    pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2
    cup
    plain greek yoghurt
  • 1
    Tbs
    runny honey
  • 1/4
    tsp
    vanilla paste or extract
 

Method

10 min
 

Divide fruit and nuts between 2 jars.

Combine the yoghurt, honey and vanilla and pour into 2 smaller jars.

To serve: Pack small jars into larger jars, and don’t forget a spoon!
