Ingredients

  • 4
    thick slices of bread
  • 300
    ml
    cream
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4
    tsp
    salt
  • 1/2
    Tbs
    butter for frying
 

Method

Beat the eggs, cream and salt together.

Pour over the slices of bread and let is soak for about 15 min.

Heat a non-stick pan, add the butter and fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
