0.00 potatoes — peeled, boiled
0.00 fresh chives — chopped
0.00 salt and freshly ground back pepper — to taste
0.00 eggs
0.00 fresh breadcrumbs
0.00 flour
0.00 oil — for frying
0.00 mayonnaise
0.00 fresh chives — chopped
0.00 capers
0.00 Dijon mustard

Method:

Flake the fish, using a fork. Mash
the potatoes and add to the fish.
Add chives, seasoning, breadcrumbs
and eggs and blend together well.
2. Shape the mixture into cakes about
2,5cm thick.
3. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry
the fish cakes overamedium heat
for about5minutes on each side,
or until crisp and golden-brown.
4. For tartare sauce: Mix all the
ingredients together.
Serve with
fish cakes.
