Cut the Bar Ones in half - lengthways and set aside. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 rectangular pieces. Lay one piece of Bar One on a rectangle and roll up the pastry like you would a sausage roll. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chocolate.
