2. Beat the butter and sugar until
creamy. Beat in the almonds and
the lime or lemon zest.
3. Place the plums in a greased
baking dish, skin side down, and
spoon the topping into each one.
Sprinkle with flaked almonds and
bake in a preheated oven for
15 minutes, or until tender. Serve
warm with the yoghurt.
Variation Use the grated zest of
half an orange instead of the lime
or lemon zest.
