Method

 
Arrange the vegetables and seafood attractively on serving platters.
Place the stock ingredients in an electric wok and keep simmering during the meal. Each person chooses from the platters and cooks their own food to taste, using the dipping sauce for extra flavour.
Mix the dipping sauce ingredients and pour into individual bowls.
