    cake flour
  • 2
    ml
    salt
  • 2
    ml
    baking powder
  • 3
    eggs
  • 30
    ml
    oil
  • 200
    ml
    milk
  • 60
    ml
    oil to grease pans
 

Method

20 min
 
Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in eggs and oil.
Stir in the milk, being careful not to overmix. Leave mixture to stand for 20 minutes.
Pour 5 ml oil into each hollow in the muffin pan and heat in a preheated oven at 190 ºC until beginning to smoke.
Pour batter into hollows and bake until puffed up and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
