Yoghurt and date dessert

Ingredients

  • 16
    dates
  • thick greek yogurt
  • pistachios
  • rose syrup
  • elachi
  • ghee
 

Method

5 mins
 
Roughly chop up about 4 dates per portion of dessert.
Heat ghee in a frying pan, gently saute the dates on low heat until they soften up nicely. Be careful they don't burn or catch.
Add the pistachios to the date mixture
Layer in fancy glasses with the yogurt
Finish of with a some more pistachio nuts and a drizzle of rose syrup.
