    plain yoghurt

    ml
    salt
  • 2
    ml
    ground cumin (jeera)
  • 1
    chopped green chilli
  • 5
    ml
    crushed garlic
  • 65
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients and spoon into a small serving bowl. Serve the breyani with a scoop of the yoghurt sauce.
