Yoghurt ice cream

    ml
    yoghurt of your choice - try the interesting flavours such as banana and toffee or chocolate or the
  • 397
    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream, chilled
 

Method

 
Beat the yoghurt and condensed milk together till well blended. Beat the cream till stiff and fold into the mixture. Mix with the yoghurt mixture and pour into a plastic dish. Freeze overnight. Makes about 1,5 litres.
