Yoghurt ice cream

Ingredients

  • 250
    ml
    fresh cream chilled
  • 225
    g
    Nestlé condensed milk
  • 500
    ml
    fruit cocktail (or any other flavour) yoghurt
 

Method

 
Whip the cream until it starts to thicken. Add the condensed milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Fold in the yoghurt and spoon into a freezer container. Freeze overnight or until frozen hard. Makes 1 litre ice cream.
