    finely chopped. parsley or fresh coriander leaves (dhania)

    green chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional)
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 10
    ml
    ground cumin (jeera)
  • 2
    ml
    salt
 

Method

 
Blend all the ingredients together. Serve with samoosas (see recipe).
