80.00 g jelly — orange
300.00 ml yoghurt — natural
orange — sliced

Method:

Dissolve the jelly in 300 ml boiling water and chill until the mixture just begins to set. Add the yoghurt and mix well. Pour into glasses and chill until completely set. Decorate each serving with an orange slice.
Makes 4 glasses.
