Yoghurt and orange foam

  • 80
    g
    orange jelly
  • 300
    ml
    natural yoghurt
  • fresh orange slices for decoration
 

Method

 
Dissolve the jelly in 300 ml boiling water and chill until the mixture just begins to set. Add the yoghurt and mix well. Pour into glasses and chill until completely set. Decorate each serving with an orange slice. Makes 4 glasses.
