120.00 g icing sugar
300.00 g butter
3.00 eggs
3.00 eggs
200.00 g flour
50.00 g cacao powder
4.00 sugar
100.00 g dark chocolate — 70%
100.00 g white chocolate

Method:

Room die versiersuiker en botter tot lig en romerig in jou elektriese menger.

Voeg die eier en eiergeel by en meng goed.

Sif die meel en kakao saam.

Voeg dit by die bottermengsel
en meng goed.

(Die mengsel sal baie sag wees).

Bedek met kleefplastiek en laat rus in die yskas vir minstens 2 uur.

Rol die deeg uit op n` meelbestrooide oppervlak en voer klein,gesmeerde koekpannetjies uit met die deeg.

Prik die bodem van die pannetjies met n` vurk en plaas bakpapier bo-op elk.

Vul met boontjies en bak vir 12 minute teen 200 graad.

Maak albei vulsels op dieselfde manier.

Klits die suiker, eier
en eiergeel saam in ?n elektriese menger tot lig en romerig.

Smelt die sjokolade en botter saam in n` bak oor n` kastrol kookwater.

Voeg die sjokolade by die eiermengsel en meng goed.

Vul die tertbakkies met albei vulsels en bak vir 15
minute teen 190 graad.

Laat in die pannetjies afkoel.
