Ingredients (7)

eggs
1.00 egg mould
200.00 g dark chocolate
FUDGE
125.00 g butter
450.00 g castor sugar
397.00 g condensed milk
100.00 ml chocolate — drinking powder

Method:

EGG: Melt chocolate and spoon into a clean mould, tipping from side to side until mould is evenly covered. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and gently twist it until it separates from the mould.
FUDGE: Line a 21 cm square tin with baking paper. Heat butter, castor sugar and condensed milk in a heavy-based pan over low heat, stirring constantly until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to medium, stirring continuously.
Cook for about 10 minutes until mixture changes to a caramel colour and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate powder. Pour mixture into prepared tin.
Leave to cool at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Fill the egg with fudge and wrap it up as you wish.
Makes 1 egg.
