Wholewheat yoghurt bread

    kg
    nutty wheat flour
  • 30
    ml
    skim milk powder
  • 15
    ml
    honey
  • 5
    ml
    salt
  • 5
    ml
    bicarbonate of soda
  • 500
    ml
    buttermilk
  • 45
    ml
    sunflower seeds
 

Method

 
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix to a sticky dough.
Knead well and shape into a loaf and place in a loaf tin.
Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and bake for 1 1/4 hours until golden brown.
Tap the bottom to test it it's done - if it has a hollow sound, it's ready.
