Ingredients (4)

450.00 g white chocolate — broken into pieces
100.00 g pistachio nuts — shelled, chopped
225.00 g shortbread biscuits — crushed
50.00 g muesli

Method:

Melt the chocolate in a dish over boiling water or in the microwave oven. Stir occasionally.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into a loose-bottomed cake tin and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.
Cut into triangles or break into rough squares.
Makes about 45 triangles.
