White chocolate crunch

Ingredients

  • 450
    g
    white chocolate, broken into squares
  • 100
    g
    shelled pistachio or any other nuts, chopped
  • 225
    g
    shortbread biscuits, crushed
  • 50
    g
    muesli
 

Method

 
Melt the chocolate in a dish over boiling water or in the microwave oven. Stir occasionally. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into a loose-bottomed cake tin and spread evenly with the back of a spoon. Cut into triangles or break into rough squares. Makes about 45 triangles.
