Preheat the oven to 180ºC.Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the butter, sugar and golden syrup in a small pot over a low heat; stir to melt the butter and dissolve the sugar.
In a bowl, stir together the dry ingredients, add the melted butter mixture and stir to combine.Place small dollops of the mixture onto the baking tray spaced well apart; bake for 8–10 minutes, remove from the oven and, with the back of a tablespoon, flatten into rounds.
