White Jelly Tots bars

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    butter
  • 250
    ml
    puffed rice breakfast cereal
  • 250
    ml
    milk powder
  • 250
    ml
    crushed Tennis biscuits
  • 140
    g
    icing sugar, sifted
  • 150
    g
    Jelly Tots
  • 50
    g
    white chocolate, melted
 

Method

 
Melt the butter over a low heat.
Then mix in the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate, and mix well to combine.
Press into a 25 x 15 cm cake tin and refrigerate until hard.
Cut into bars and drizzle with melted chocolate.
