    butter
  • 100
    g
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 260
    g
    sifted icing sugar
  • 170
    g
    Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
 

Method

 
Heat butter and brown sugar until sugar has dissolved. Bring to boiling point, stirring continuously. Remove from heat. Stir in icing sugar and evaporated milk alternately, until smooth.
