Wendy's salad

Serving Change
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 ml salt
  • 10 ml English mustard
  • 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large fresh lemon
  • 15 ml grape vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 g Danish feta
  • 50 g crispy fried onions
  • 50 g croûtons
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes


Place garlic cloves in the bowl and add salt, crush this roughly together with a wooden spoon.
Add mustard, lemon juice, oil, vinegar and black pepper.
Mix together well.
Add chilled lettuce and top with feta, croûtons, onion fries and tomatoes.
Mix salad just before you serve.
