Watermelon delight

    small watermelon
  • 410
    g
    pineapple chunks
  • 5
    ml
    ground ginger
  • 410
    g
    pineapple rings
  • 300
    ml
    chilled ginger ale
 

Method

 
Halve the watermelon and remove the seeds.
Dice the flesh or scoop out little balls.
Arrange layers of watermelon and pineapple pieces in a glass bowl and sprinkle a little ginger over each layer.
Arrange the pineapple rings on top.
Chill for at least an hour and pour the ginger ale over just before serving.
Serve immediately.
