Watercress and orange salad with honey mustard dressing

  • English cucumber, cut into julienne strips

    red wine vinegar

    honey

    wholegrain mustard

Method

 
Arrange salad ingredients on a platter and keep cool. DRESSING: Whisk ingredients together. Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad.
