2.00 watercress — bunch
0.00 cucumber — English variety, julienned
1.00 fresh chives — finely chopped
100.00 g pecan nuts — toasted

DRESSING
30.00 ml vinegar — red wine
30.00 ml honey
30.00 ml wholegrain mustard
1.00 garlic — cloves, crushed
2.00 ml freshly ground black pepper
5.00 ml sunflower oil

Method:

Arrange salad ingredients on a platter and keep cool.
DRESSING: Whisk ingredients together.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad.
