Warm chicken walnut salad

    chicken breast fillets, cooked and sliced

    honey
  • 100

    walnuts
  • 10
    ml
    grated orange peel
  • 1
    orange, juice
  • 300

    mixed lettuce leaves
  • 175
    g
    Camembert cheese round, thickly sliced
  • salt and milled pepper
 

Method

 
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add chicken breasts, honey, walnuts, orange peel and juice, and heat through over low heat. Divide lettuce leaves among 4 salad bowls or place on a large platter. Place chicken breasts, then Camembert slices, on top and pour honeyed nuts and sauce over. Season and serve immediately.
