Waffles with plum preserve

  • 100
    g
    butter
  • 250
    ml
    water
  • 200
    ml
    milk
  • 350
    g
    cake flour
  • 10
    ml
    baking powder
  • plum and orange preserve
 

Method

20 mins
 
Melt butter and cool.
Mix water, milk, flour and baking powder until smooth.
Add most of the butter.
Heat waffle iron and brush with a little melted butter.
Cook waffles to a nice golden brown and serve with delicious  plum and orange preserve.
