Ingredients (4)

1 waffles — blueberry
1 luxury truffle ganache
125 ml mascarpone cheese
2 cup mixed berries — frozen

Method:

Defrost waffles and cut them into small portions using a cookie cutter. Heat according to packet instructions.

Beat ganache and Mascarpone together until smooth.

Pile mixture onto hot waffles, top with berries and serve.
