    tin chickpeas, drained

    tahini (sesame seed paste)
  • 1
    juice of a lemon
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
  • 45
    ml
    Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 10
    ml
    fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 125
    ml
    olive oil
  • 250
    ml
    cream cheese
 

Method

 
Process all the ingredients except the olive oil and cream cheese in a blender until smooth, dribbling in the olive oil in a steady stream. Add the cream cheese and stir until well mixed and smooth.
