Method:

Meng 125 ml soetrissiesous (jy kan dit gebottel koop) en 5 ml fyn gekapte gemmer. Sny ‘n volstruisfilet in porsies of gebruik 4 volstruissteaks en marineer dit in die gemengde soetrissiesous. Giet die soetrissiesous af sodra dit gemarineer is en panbraai die volstruissteaks in verhitte olie tot verlangde graad van gaarheid.
